B Cafe West

	UWS Belgian Cafe - Good bar situation for dining alone - elegant bar, small so you get the dedicated bartender's attention whenever you need something (but not too small). Door opening and closing presents some issues if it's cold outside, however. Courteous service, pleasant music. An elegant, upscale atmosphere. Very good burgers and no hassle substituting salad for fries.
