Beware of Flaky, Dishonest Salespeople - The multi-floor Best Buy is a great place to find any technological items you may need, but the service is far less than stellar. After informing a salesperson who had been helping me that I wanted to purchase an item, he disappeared. I didn't see him again until I had found another salesperson to ring up my purchase. Without asking if I was interested, the salesperson who rang up my purchase explained to me that he was giving me 6 months of Geek Squad Ask-an-Agent service, but that I would not be charged for it. When I returned home, I was dismayed to find that I had in fact been charged for this unwanted service.
