Cindy's distinguishes itself from the usual nail salon with its impressively large staff of 14 nail technicians, smartly dressed in white tops and peachy pink checked aprons. Also notable is the fact that the nail technicians are friendly, will offer to supply you with magazines without being asked, and don't seem to gossip while working. Another key to the pleasant experience is the no cell phone policy. The salon is roomier than the average nail salon and cleanliness is top-notch. The mani-pedi is carefully executed with a gentle touch and a short yet relaxing calf and foot massage. For a mani pedi, with tax, you'll pay $29. You may be able to find a cheaper mani pedi elsewhere, but paying a few extra dollars is certainly worth it at Cindy's.
