	The Skimpiest Glass of Wine Around at Cotta Wine Bar - Cotta Wine Bar has emerged as one of the cheapest places around. Not cheap in terms of inexpensive, cheap in terms of skimping on wine and food. If you want a glass of wine which is about half the size of any of the other wine bars in the area, this place is for you. The blond bartender pours next to nothing in your glass and has no issues with this. Food is no bargain. The scene is deceiving as people still seem to flock to Bar Cotta, but that won't last for long once their scam catches on. Avoid Bar Cotta ... or, at the very least, give them some pressure about pouring a real glass of wine when you visit!

	Cotta Wine Bar Review - I'm worried the owner might have a bad attitude at Cotta Wine Bar after visiting tonight and attempting to wish him the best with his new venture and being told by the bartender that he couldn't talk with me because he was with friends ... asking if I could leave a business card or something. Wake up, buddy, I'm an Upper West Sider living in the area and you should be interested in all of the locals who want to help you. I like the atmosphere, but am worried about the bad attitude by the ownership at Cotta Wine Bar. There is no Cabernet on the menu, but the bartender was right on with her selection on an alternative full-bodied red for me. I tried the meatballs, which were not good - the sauce was way too pungent. Pricing is okay. I'll give it one more shot in the near future and report back ...
