Packed House at Five Napkin Burger

Overall:

 - I stopped in at Five Napkin Burger located on the Upper West Side at Broadway between 83rd & 84th for lunch with my kids on Saturday afternoon just after 1pm. The place was packed. We had to pass through an awkward area where the waitstaff congregates in order to get to our table - which was on a corner right in the middle of the walkway. The restaurant has too many tables packed into a small space. They make up for this discomfort with an over-abundance of waitstaff and the service is good. The food is better. My burger was perfectly cooked and creamed spinach was excellent. I was not charged extra for asking for creamed spinach instead of fries. Kids menu prices were reasonable, and my son's chicken tenders were tasty and plentiful. Five Napkin Burger
